Once a year for each is the usual guidance: the AC in spring and the furnace in fall. Our maintenance plans follow that schedule, with a spring AC visit and a fall furnace visit. We offer 1, 2 and 3 year plans. Is a heat pump a good fit for a home in this climate? Heat pumps can heat and cool a home in southwest Ohio, and many homeowners use them for both. On the coldest days some systems rely on backup heat, so the right setup depends on your house and ductwork. Call us and we will go over your home and your options. Why is my AC running but not cooling the house? Start with the basics: a dirty filter, closed vents or a dirty outdoor unit can all cut cooling.
